My family and I dined here this evening, despite not hearing great things about this restaurant, we thought we would give it a try while on holidays visiting. Worst mistake we could have made.
My partner ordered a tomahawk steak, $42, when asked for medium rare it came out more than well done, they acknowledged this and took it back to the kitchen and made him a new steak, after 30 more minutes and everyone else at the table had finished their meals his steak came but this time it was so raw and gelatinous it was inedible. Again it was taken back to the kitchen. No apologies.
We went up to pay and they refused to take the steak off the bill, we tried to make a compromise and still pay for the sides, which they absolutely refused.
After an hour of them arguing, the chef even bought out a little slice of the raw meat to argue further that it was fine.
They refused to let me speak to a manager, the lady was extremely rude and was threatening to take pictures of our faces.
Hands down THE WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant ever.
They clearly never learnt kindness or how to treat customers, they should not be in hospitality.
The food was sub par at best, and if you’re a steak restaurant you should probably know how to cook a steak.

Is complete deception & robbery.
To then be yelled at when coming in (completely unaware of your double dutch system) & walk away with NO MEALS & $131.79 taken from our bank account with no care from staff is noting short of madness!

Visited a steakhouse in Traralgon with family. The spacious, relaxing ambiance and courteous staff made for a pleasant experience. They offered a complimentary salad and buffet items with main course orders, which was a nice touch. Kids received the same offer at a discounted rate, and the kids’ menu had good options.
