Started off well. Our orders were taken. I ordered the eggs your way with poached add bacon. ($15+$6) I also ordered an iced long black, and had to specifify no whipped cream or icecream. Strange for an iced long black. I am a sweet tooth when it comes to coffee, and rather unfortunatley the equal that i asked for in the coffee came on the side. The coffee that i ordered. Iced with some equal. Needless to say, it was not a pleasent drinking experience. (Nothing dissolved.) The food came out very fast, which is unfortunatley the only good thing i have to say about it. The toast was not only cold, one slice was half the size and soggy and the other was rock hard. The bacon was also cold. The eggs were well cooked but tiny. (Please dont mind my excessive pepper use it is unfortunatley my favourite thing in the world.) I was with a friend. She had a brekkie roll. She advised to get without the tomato as the bread was entirely soggy. Her food was also cold. 'Its like they made it, let it sit for ten minutes and then brought it out. That is what it tasted like.' She finished her food before me, and the second she did her plate was cleared. Both of us have waitressing experience, and immediatley commented about how clearing plates while other people are still eating is a cardinal sin. (I jest, but it was very awkward.) It was also worth noting that we had to ask three separate times for salt and pepper before it was provided. While we were there, we also witnessed a customer ordering who had to specify to the wait staff that she did not want to butter the toast herself and that the kitchen should. (Very fair, as the food comes stacked unfortunatley onto the bread. I had to disassemble my entire plate to butter my bread and then reassemble. Also worth noting that my butter did not melt as the toast was cold.) Hopefully not everyones experience is like this. (Also appologies - i forgot to take a picture until after i started eating.)

We're regulars at Paulie's and have always loved their meals, but our recent visit left us very disappointed. My husband ordered the Paulie's burger, something he's enjoyed many times before. However, this time, the burger was just alright, and the accompanying chips were far from edible. They were brown, overcooked, hard, and oily. We were going to just leave it as we had ordered a bowl of chip to share with the kids, but when it arrived, we were shocked by this bowl contained a mixture of overcooked chips in different degrees of browning. It was truly inedible, and we had no choice but to send it back for an exchange. Few minutes later, a new bowl of golden, perfectly cooked chips arrived, and we were like Yay 🎉 what a relieved. But to our disappointment and frustration, buried beneath those few golden chips were the same overcooked ones we had returned. It felt like a rather insulting experience, or have we expected too high a quality from Paulie's. This used to be our go-to place for family lunch weekly, but we won't be returning anytime soon. We hope it was only a bad or a busy day for the chef, and time will bring quality food and customer satisfaction back to Paulie's.

Paulie’s Corner is a buzzing cafe located in the heart of Wangaratta. It is brought to you by the same team as @luca.Wangaratta and @ava.milawa. ☕️ The menu features all day breakfast and lunch options, and we were so pleasantly surprised at how generous they were, you definitely don’t need to add extras! 😁 ⭐️ Crispy Fried Chicken Benedict - house made potato rosti, all flavours go perfectly together. Delicious! You can choose from salmon, pulled pork, fried chicken or bacon for the meat. One of my favourites for the year or maybe ever. ➖ Chilli Scramble - there’s a lot going on with this dish, but the only thing I had an issue with was the texture of the egg. It could be because they cook it with a chilli jam that changes it, so maybe a chilli oil would be better? ⭐️ Reuben Sandwich - YUM. Balanced. Perfect. This is surely the best place in town to get a brunch fix. The staff are incredibly friendly and it was packed! Definitely grab a smoothie, we tried the Biscoff Banana and the Chai Banana which were both hits. 🍌

A very very disappointed and very bad service that I have ever seen before with this cafe today. My partner and I always go to this Cafe every weekend and again this weekend we ordered chilli scramble eggs and Mexican bowl with 2 drinks peanut smoothie and soy latte. When I ate a Mexican bowl, I realised that tomato and corn in mix salad was off. The taste was disgusting. I threw up. My partner went inside and tell the waitress. They came to our table and said will take 2 drinks off from our bill because I couldn't not finish my meal. My partner went to fix up the bill and they not even took the drinks off from our bill as they said to us before. My partner have to explain again and they told him they decide to take one drink off. When we pay, they not even take any drinks off from the bill. We paid full amount. I could not believe it. How can they do this to loyal customers!!! With the service, when we ask a young lady which work there for a while to check if we can add chilli in egg , she said she will ask chef and let us know. Later another young lady came to our table saying that her friend ask her to take our order! so we not get any answer from chef. When we ask what is okonomiyaki, she said I don't know. After all of these experiences that why we are very...
