Schnitz Wangaratta — Restaurant in Victoria

I had lunch today here for something different and I have to say it wasn't to bad at all the chicken parmi was tender and really nice always love the chips from here and salad was not bad for a garden salad. But I have to say that the customer service was on point today the young lady was so nice that bought my food to me her name was Melanie she was so nice she was very well spoken and a grate smile she and very polite and if there was anything else I would like she was happy to help you don't get service like that very much these days and it was really good to see if I could give a personal 5 star to a person it would be Melaine her customer service is like no other well done keep up the good work I will deffently go back to lunch next...

We ordered a dine-in lunch at Schnitz yesterday at 12.55 pm, intending to go bowling upstairs at the Co-Store after lunch at 1.30pm. At 1.25pm and still waiting for our meal to arrive we arranged to start our bowling session at 2pm, expecting our meal to arrive any minute. Upon noticing that people who had arrived and ordered their meal after us had received theirs, at 1.35 pm we asked when we might receive ours? It turned out it had not yet been started! Fortunately we were able to receive a full refund, but will not be going there again. This is the second time this long wait for our meal has happened to us at Schnitz Wangaratta - they should not describe themselves as a restaurant serving...

I've been going to Schnitz for lunch and sometimes dinner for quite a while as I work in the co-store and I normally order on the app and go and pick it up which is normally about 15 mins and usually gets done in that timeframe. However, recently the service has been quite lack luster, not sure if its new staff or the recent school holidays but I have to ask for them to do it quicker which I shouldnt have to do as it not even getting started in the 15 minutes from when I order on the app (mind you what I order is quite small and simple to make). I only get a 30 minute lunch break where I work so 15 minutes is enough to eat my food, not 5 minutes. Please do better guys, take care of all...
