Domino's Pizza Warwick (QLD) — Restaurant in Warwick

Ordered a double pineapple and double bacon pizza. Got home and had received a cheeseburger pizza??? Back to the store. The young boy that I spoke to said it was a misunderstanding. I said I wanted what I ordered and he just looked at me. I told him I wanted the pizza I asked for. He came and put it on the counter after it was remade without a word. We won't be getting our pizza from there again. Terrible customer service. If I had been given my receipt at the time of ordering, I would have seen the mistake and had it fixed but no, "you get your receipt with the pizza". No apologise for us having to go back and waste our time and fuel. Staff need...

I just rang Dominos to get the value pizzas...i wanted 2...you do not get value for your money...they are 5 bucks for a reason..i dont mind picking up...but when i asked for more info...there wasnt much...they are more vegettarian...my i was informed that i can have ham..well...i have a leg of ham in my fr8dge...and the rest was what i have in my fridge...so...my partner is now making homemade pizzas...we just wanted to have a treat for once...and if i hear one more person at that place say..um..in a sentence...i will scream...never mind...we saved fuel...cheers...you get what you pay...

I’d choose no stars if I could So utterly disappointed with my service tonight Not only did I get given the wrong change 4 TIMES!!!! My lava cakes were packaged sideways in the bag resulting in them being completely crushed to the side and chocolate everywhere !!!! But also a lady picking through all the droppings off pizzas and putting back in the containers to reuse on other pizzas !!!!
