Hi, Been there yesterday with Mrs. for dinner but was very disappointed as we are regular customer but last night was a nightmare as per below Staff and Customers Service: Old staff was missing and they put school leavers and they even had no idea what they doing as they cant say the dish name right and dont know what the dish made off She got the order wrong and did not server half an hour after we finished and even had to ask for it Then it served with wrong dish and we were forced to repay for the correct dish and the girl took the order just disappear ed and asked its her mustake but the floor lady said we have to pay. My wife had to go to the counter almost five times to get the dish right and at the end we were over charger 4 times for the same dish. Overcharge: As i live 60 kilometres away i cannot go back to fix the over charged now i am disputing the bill with my bank for a refund Please do check your bill at the counter and match with your order i keep my docket as a proof for the bank I never go there again and do not recommend as unhygienic conditions, worst customer service and over charging the 25% of the actual...

Pick up your game in the food business and stop abusing the Australian food standards get up and start ticking these boxes before you lose all the customers. Your restaurant smells really bad, you need to install ventilation system so customers can enjoy breathing in the fresh air. Provide more training to your staff in terms of greeting customers well, ensuring that empty tables are cleaned and sanitised as soon as a customer exits that door (full of hand prints and food stains - get it cleaned mate). Improve your food quality, and stop serving saggy food. Quit taking advantages of minorities who enjoys cuisines of their origin just because they donât have many food choices to go to.    Read moreI couldn't give a zero â unfortunately. Ever been to a restaurant waited 1 1/2 hour for your food and had to walk out without getting your order? Yep. It happens here. Not a big order, just for 2 people.
The staff turn their faces other way when you try to ask them about your order and walk away. The lady behind the counter if she put more time in customer service than her makeup some of the problems this place has could be fixed. She wouldn't even say sorry for the poor service or maybe how many sorries would she say with the service and kitchen they have.
From a business point of view if people sat there for 1.5 hour and don't get their food what is the business making ? How do the staff think they are going to get paid for such ridiculous service? In the time we sat, there should have been atleast 2 batches of people served on that table. That would mean a loss of $150-$200 revenue ln that time frame per table.
