Bakers Delight Joondalup — Restaurant in Western Australia

I’ve been coming to this store for the last 11 years and the food and service used to be quite good. I’m not sure there’s a change in management but both the food and service have gone downhill. On the late afternnon of 27/12/24, I was served by a young staff with dark hair, who was so unhappy to serve me that it showed through in her rude and impatient manner. I asked some questions about the reward system with using the app and was treated like a moron for not knowing. As for the bread, the sourdough vienna is often too dry and bit burnt and I now no longer purchase it. This used to be such a friendly place. Such a pity that it is now ruined by one...

Was ignored by the young girl with dark hair who clearly didn't want to be there. Was also ignored by other staff who were standing around and chatting. I stood waiting in line at the front of the counter where the girl ignoring me could clearly see me. But no, she ignored me and decided to start removing the bread trays in the cabinet around and dust out the crumbs. Stood there for almost five minutes then decided to go elsewhere where they want to serve their customers. Would rate it zero stars...

Everything is priced a chunk higher than standard Bakers pricing ($4.90 for Pizza instead of $4.50, $3.20 for a savoury bun instead of $3) And they require a $5 minimum for eftpos, which I haven't seen in other Baker's delights before. A bit frustrating when all I want is a crossiant before work and I have to buy 2 to use my card. It's strange as it seems like these are the only Baker's in Perth to do this. Otherwise food tastes great, like any other Baker's...
