Yamato Teppanyaki & Tsaocaa Tea — Restaurant in Western Australia

Had the worst bubble tea and strawberry tea ever at Tsaocaa Tea. This couldn't get any worse, both my mum and myself ordered bubble tea, not sure how much caffeine the guy put in, both my mom and myself lost sleep the whole night. There was merely any pearl in the tea at all. Ordered strawberry tea for my little one, it's like bright pink color, I almost chuck that in the bin straight away when we just got it. Got my daughter tried, she only had one sip, then I tried, it's just some sort of pink powder made of it. Yucky... Even I had got a $2 strawberry milk from woollies, it would have tasted so much better than this. Have had so much bubble tea in so many different places, this definitely into the worst one. As a regular customer, I usually love this place, and the service as well as food has always been amazing. However, recently there was a lady serving me that was extremely rude. I asked for a bubble tea, she put it through as a milk tea, then once she had put it through I told her she hadn't taken my order properly, that it wasnt a milk tea I wanted. She then told me I needed to tell her what I wanted, and it was my fault. Last I checked, a bubble tea didn't mean a milk bubble tea. Not only was she too busy rushing me, but the lack of accountability for her mistake was even worse. I will not be returning again. Maybe next time this lady could retake an order without shaming and belittling customers for her poor...

Genuinely the best bubble tea place in PERTH! soooo delicious and yummy. The staff are super friendly and kind, they are really amazing. All the bubble tea drinks are yummy, they range from milk teas to fruity drinks. They cover all your taste buds, you will never be disappointed, there food taste really authentic and yummy, it really shows how much effort and love they have for their food and bubble teas. I hope they never shutdown or move away from Joondalup. This is the only bubble tea place that I purchase from, no other...
