Utopia GENERALLY has consistent flavour. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of this place. Sometimes we get a beautiful tea that matches other locations, sometimes we get something that tastes like bland orange-flavoured water. There's also one lady who works there (might be a manager or something) who cannot take constructive criticism and gets offended when we ask for a refund. On today’s date, I’ve bought 3x bubble tea drinks without the bubbles still paying the same price. After payed, there is this guy which does the drinks said he can’t do the drinks without the bubble. I was like... really??? Just do the same and minus the bubbles!! I told him, all this months I’ve been buying these drinks without the bubbles and now he tell me they can’t do this. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, useless and unacceptable. If there is a -0 ⭐️ I would have just given them. I will be back to complain straight...

We ordered a birthday cake the 10"Purple Dream on 15th Feb, paid and confirmed pick up on today , and double checked more than 3 times with the girl served us. As this purple dream is our friend’s favorite cake and for a big party. We come to shop today to pick up, the staff say they don’t have this order!!! THEY DON’T HAVE THIS ORDER!!! We emphasized many times it’s very important cake!!!! They refund us and give us a free 6"cake today, that’s not what we want!!! What a disappointed birthday for our friend!!!...
