I don’t usually write reviews but I cannot even begin to express how disappointed I was with my experience. I felt like it was worth sharing if it’ll help other people avoid the same confusion and discomfort I felt today. It wasn’t our first time here but the first time we came, we were perfectly served while we stood in front of the cabinet. So naturally we stood there again patiently waited to be served. Despite that we were overlooked and people who came after were promptly served at the counter. Eventually, a kind customer waved us forward to take her spot in line. As we were ordering, the staff at the counter, not smiling, in an unnecessarily irritated tone started telling us off for cutting the line and standing in front of the cabinet. We were confused and embarrassed due to our mistake and began to apologise but she curtly interrupted us and continued. From her tone and demeanour you can tell that she was aware of us standing there but chose not to assist earlier. It is understandable that working in customer service can be tiring as I, myself work in this area, but treating people like they’re invisible and waiting to tell them off is simply atrocious. In this case, a simple, polite direction like ‘we take orders over there’ would’ve sufficed. The way we were treated made us feel like we had committed a crime, deserving of humiliation and unwelcomeness while all we did was wait in the wrong spot. There is definitely favouritism with customers and I saw that it’s not the first time this has happened as I checked other reviews. A quick refresher training in customer service etiquette is definitely required. Never in my life have I been treated like this. Won’t be coming in again. The food was not worth all this. If I could I would give this store a zero. PS - blonde lady at the counter in the afternoon around 1pm. That is no way to act...

As soon as we stood in line we heard the older larger build woman with long strawberry blonde hair tied up in a plait who seemed to be the “Manager or Supervisor”, yelling at her staff across customers, being extremely rude to the customers that were waiting to be served, but especially the staff that where working. I understand that it’s lunch time and it’s busy, but she shouldn’t be in any position of power, if she can’t handle the smallest bit of pressure. Taking it out on the staff who were working their hardest to smash out everyone’s lunch, by yelling at them and talking to them like they are well beneath her was disgusting to watch.
Credit to all the other staff that where on shift at that time, taking the ear bashing from this “Manager/Supervisor”, whilst still managing to serve everyone with a smile and a good attitude. It was obvious the staff where affected in a negative way by how they were being treated. I could only imagine how low the work morale would be at...
Read moreOrdered chips and gravy for lunch today for lunch… and when I got back into work and opened my chips, I noticed no gravy! 0/10 for their food quality, so soggy and lacked flavour… I called the store to see if I could come collect a free tub of gravy (not much, I know, but I still paid for something I should receive) and the lady was so rude over the phone, told me it was my fault, then finally offered for me to collect. 0/10 customer service, staff were even rude in the store and wasn’t wearing gloves when dealing with food (YUK) oh and 0/10 for the gravy, I don’t know how it’s made but made me feel so ill! Would’ve been better to just not do anything, but I noticed other customers were highly irritated by the Bucking Bulls...
