Domino's Pizza Broome — Restaurant in Western Australia

Tepid food. Driver was quarter hour late. Food lost its heat. Driver had no clue where to deliver and blamed GPS. Sad outcome to what is normally a good service. On a plus note, the pizza was well presented and tasted great. The box was suffering from late delivery so fries were cold n soggy. Usually crispy. On the whole, not worth the money, however will buy again but collect only, to ensure its all hot n fresh. Decent toppings, let down by poor delivery. Take your chance with this one! A young lad served us. We were blown away by his professionalism and courtesy. He was really young and we were surprised! Usually that level of customer service is awarded to older people. The pizzas were great, we really enjoyed them. The atmosphere was depressing with a Manager who, according to her behaviour needed a talking to by the owner (perhaps she was the owner! Oh dear!!) The beautiful pizzas came quickly. Hats off to the behind the scenes team members. The price was right, we enjoyed the pizzas and shall return tonight! Mistakes happen, but somethings off.. Have been here several times in the last past weeks and every time there was something wrong. I have worked at dominos not long ago somewhere else so know the standards/proportions. The thickshakes are not thick and not filled up to the top (twice now). Ordered two deep pan pizzas and just one of them turned out as deep pan the other one is original. Another time they haven’t put vegan cheese even though I paid for it. I am not vegan just prefer the taste so wasn’t too peaky to return it. Really...
