Domino's Pizza East Perth — Restaurant in Western Australia

Ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered to a hotel in the city and to the room #, got confirmation through app pizzas were delivered. They were not at the door and no knock was heard, the room was small not sure how we would have missed it, went down to reception and asked there if any had been left there, again they had not been delivered. Called them and explained what happened and was told someone must have taken them and they would remake them. When they turned up driver was a lovely fella and appoligised. I then got a phone call from the shop with an incredably rude man saying next time to look outside my door as the pizzas were there. My door was open the whole time as I did not want to miss them this time. I also asked how I could have missed them along with my wife and 2 very hungry kids. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have went to reception and got them???? I thought they were left outside my room door??? I went down to reception and asked the staff if any pizzas were left there they said no. Rude guy hung up and then would not answer my phone calls . Picked up two pizzas at 7:52PM on Monday 4th September. One was a Vegie Trio with added chicken and prawn, however the chicken wasn't there. Another time I ordered a peri peri pizza and added extra chicken, and I received no extra chicken. I'm wasting money here by not receiving what I'm paying for... when I confronted the Indian manager tonight all he said was that he can't do anything about it. Poor service considering I've worked in the hospitality industry specifically at Crown. I was trying to be sympathetic and understanding and all he gave me was attitude in return. I walked back in 5mins from receiving my order and he said that I need to prove whether it wasn't there or not making me look like a liar. theres no reason for me to lie, there's nothing that I wanted besides the chicken that I paid for which I didn't receive. Ordered Pizza just before closing time. Site said order is getting prepared. waited for an hour for the order to arrive but status didn’t change. Tried calling the restaurant couple of times but no one answered. Called the store next day and manager said you need to come to the store for refund. I am travelling for Brisbane and didn’t get chance to go to store until 10.30 on the same day. Manager said he will tell the staff about us coming but he didn’t do. When we went to the store, 2 guys had no clue about the situation and they said they will call us back when manager responds and will process our refund directly and we won’t have to come back. Waited the whole next day waiting for a refund or a call but nothing happened. Now its my 3rd day and will again have to go to the store to ask for some clarification.
