Domino's Pizza Kalgoorlie — Restaurant in Western Australia

Horrible, horrible, and horrible! I had ordered some pizza for me and my friends, let’s just start with the fact that Ive had bad experiences in the past with dominoes like them leaving my food outside for the ants to get because they never told me or sent me a message to let me know that they had delivered my order Nor did they knock on the door… and I remember, even though I could provide proof they did not offer me a refund. But this experience was by far the worst.. yesterday I had ordered fir me and my friends and they delivered it to the wrong house, I live in a complex and all of the houses are right next to each other, I had put down my house number in the additional address notes/ info so it shouldn’t have happened. I had ordered a lava cake some onion rings two large pizzas and some garlic bread things.. The garlic bread had no flavour and was cold, The onion rings were embarrassing…. It was basically no onion just Burnt crust…. The lava cake was cold and it was broken on the top. The pizzas were so bland and so disgusting I don’t even know how to describe it, I ordered a cheesy garlic pizza and it came with mushrooms and chicken on it with this weird white sauce on top of the greasy solid cheese and it didn’t even taste like garlic at allllll…. The other pizza was just as bad. I don’t know how they’re still...

Date and Time: 30th November 2024, 8 PM Order Details: Two pizzas - Peppy Paneer with cheesy crust and Cheesy Garlic with extra cheese.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the quality and preparation of the pizzas we received. For the Peppy Paneer pizza, there were only four small cubes of paneer, and the crust was not the cheesy crust as ordered. Additionally, the Cheesy Garlic pizza, for which we requested extra cheese, came with a regular amount of cheese instead of the extra topping we paid for.

In my experience, pizzas prepared by Indian staff members are consistently better in taste and have a more generous amount of toppings. However, this time, the pizzas were prepared by non-Indian staff members, and the quality was noticeably inferior, with minimal toppings that made the pizzas taste bland and almost like plain bread.

I believe the quality and consistency of your pizzas should not vary based on who is preparing them. Customers expect the same standard of food regardless of who is on duty. Please address this issue and ensure that all staff members adhere to the same high-quality preparation standards to avoid such discrepancies...

It all started on a flight back to Perth, when (VA) delayed their flight 5hrs; my CT family where absolutely outraged with hunger, we looked for Hope in delivery services in the area (#UberEats, Deliveroo Fix this!) but only lead to disappointment as they do NOT deliver in Kal …But we still had one option left…we figured Dominos could help us as their slogan says Maximum Care….
