FORM Café — Restaurant in Western Australia

Excellent food and coffee, great art centre too :) Was going there for 2 years and staff was great.

I was away for a year and recently started going again so I saw some new staff members I hadn't seen before.

My last visit was extremely disappointing though because one of said staff members made 2 separate mean/mocking comments to me while I was there - one was for my name which I ignored with a smile and the other one was about my family who were waiting nearby which I found so baffling that I couldn't wait to just leave the place.

Will continue to visit but will refrain on days when I see mentioned staff member. Used to be my favourite place...

Such a beautiful cafe and lovely staff members😊 The coffee is great ☕️ . There’s a lot of room to sit and chill with friends. This cafe is part of Form Gallery WA which is a Non for profit organisation. Not too many food options but who cares? A simple toast and coffee in such a ‘cool environment’ is an experience itself. If you are creative genius then this is the place to get some good pictures of yourself😌 as they have cool backdrop of the shed. I have my coffee dark so the actual coffee taste is critical when not masked by milk etc. This darkish coffee was on the sour side requiring an extra dose of milk and sugar. Better that some but not as good as a true quality coffee. Staff were very nice and shop is nice and relaxed in good weather...
