If zero stars were an option that is what I would have chosen. The service was absolutely shocking. It took way too long to be given menus and told we had to order inside. Even after we had been acknowledged outside no water, cutlery or serviettes were bought out. When we asked for them after about ten minutes they were still not delivered. We had to ask a different server for them before we got any only after about 10 minutes did we actually recieve anything after asking the second sever. And that’s just the service. The food was, if possible, even worse. With a family of four we each had different meals each with their own problems. The beef in the beef curry rice was dry and coarse. The green curry chicken had hard potatoes and for both of them the rice was rough and not the fluffy softness as often associated with Hans Cafe. The chicken in the laksa noodle soup was off. It was rotten. It had a very distinct taste that shows that it is not at all fresh or edible. When asked for a replacement the seafood was off. This seafood was also a problem in one of the other noodle meals. In each of the meals the vegetables were cut ridiculously thick. The mushrooms and carrots were particularly bad cut an entire centimetre thick. I wish I was exaggerating but I am not. The èntre was atrocious also. We had satay chicken sticks which had gristle on them. How does chicken even get gristle. There was also hair deep fried in with chicken. When we went into to complain and speak to the manager they refused point blank to come out of the kitchen to speak to us. The management is bad. The service is terrible. The food dismal. With such a prime location on the foreshore of Mandurah you would expect food and service to reflect the picturesque views. However the juxtaposition is jarring and I would not even recommend this...

As a former die-hard fan and regular customer of Han's Cafe, I am utterly disappointed to share that the once-legendary dining experience has taken a severe nosedive. After being let down by the abysmal quality of our takeout meals on two of our last three orders, I attempted to address the issue with the manager. Unfortunately, they offered no resolution, leaving me with no choice but to expose the truth behind their now-crumbling empire.
Unbelievably, Han's Cafe, known for their once-fresh and succulent dishes, has resorted to using unfresh ingredients that border on inedible. The once-light, crispy prawn crackers that accompanied our takeout meals were replaced by a stale, unappetizing version that tasted as if they had been salvaged from a dumpster.
The management's inability to accept responsibility or take steps to rectify the situation is a testament to their lack of care for customer satisfaction. I never thought I'd see the day where I would need to warn fellow food lovers against this establishment, but here I am, doing just that.
Save your tastebuds and hard-earned money for a takeout experience that actually cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Han's Cafe in Mandurah has lost its magic, and sadly, I cannot award them even a single star. 0/5 - steer clear!

Was meet with rudeness from the Manager who told us he would only recook the food this once for us as we returned it because the fried rice was like glug no taste very bland, the mixed vegetables consisted of cabbage and more cabbage with bean spouts and a piece of tofu (once again no taste and for the price of the dish about $0.50 worth of vegetables no chinese vegies at all. I didn't ask for tofu and was not told it was in the dish either. The beef curry I asked for to be hot had a oil slick about 3mm deep this was uneatable as well. The spring rolls has no flavour and I would say no filling (well what I could taste) the bag they came in was drenched in oil) hadnt been drained and the container of sweet and sour dipping sauce was like water and only 1/3 full in the smallest container. After the items were returned and recooked, the rice was better in that it wasn't so gluggy but still no taste, the curry beef (hot) was full of chilli so much there was more chilli than meat uneatable again the spring rolls were the same not as oily but still no taste and the dipping sauce was disgusting never anything like I have ever tasted. Please be weary of eating here you will see other reviews have had similar experiences. HORRIBLE FOOD...
