Hungry Jack's Burgers Kalgoorlie — Restaurant in Western Australia

This place is becoming a let down, I know it's a fast food joint but spending $40 a throw each time for 2 meals you shouldn't expect to be disappointed. Consistently getting the wrong order - was told tonight that they don't do the parmi burger anymore despite it being on the menu board in front of me, ordered cheesy bacon fried chicken burger instead and got a burger with no cheese or bacon - my partner's order was also wrong, bacon deluxe with no tomato, and also without onion which we requested to add.

The time before this a few weeks prior was also incorrect, breaky wraps without sauce or bacon, and undercooked hash browns. Just becoming a bit more miss than hit lately and more often than not the food comes out cold (speaking about orders over the past couple months). Trips here are becoming much less frequent and now don't think we'll be back for a while.

Some positives to come from the store though, tonight they were very understanding about our frustration and gave us a full refund whilst also offering a replacement meal, we declined the meal but were satisfied about the outcome. The customer service is always great, being served with a smile and enthusiasm is usually the highlight. You can tell the staff are trying their hardest and are most likely struggling with low staff levels and miscommunication.

Overall just wanted to put some feedback out there, I don't normally write reviews and would like to see the store improve in the future. They used to be the top dogs in town for fast food, just lately they've just been a little under par. I don't like to feel that I'm rolling the dice when I order in the hopes that the food is up to standard. Still love you hungry jacks, I just need some space for a little while. All the best...

17 APR 2024 17:37 Ordered Chicken Royal & Triple Cheeseburger. This order was online. When I arrived to counter, I was able to see that my order was ready under the warmer. Just showed the order number to counter and they gave it to me. Tables were clean, food was warm. Highly suggest putting your order online.

28 APR 2024. 09:30 AM Went for Breakfast and ordered a Chicken Royals, Triple Cheeseburger, and a Brekky Wrap. Food handed over to me hot and fresh (online order). Restaurant was clean and staff were fast and friendly. Not any specific problem.

Not a happy customer. After a long day driving I decided to get take away. I usually get Hungry Jacks if I get take away burgers. I usually get the #aussieburger but it seems it was taken off the menu. I tried one of their new range. My hotel room was 5 minutes drive from the outlet. I was so disappointed with what I received. A medium meal. The fries were cold, the burger was overloaded with their sauce, the onion bits were stringy bits of onion with batter , the bacon was hard. Its as if they just threw it all together.
