Lovely little bakery with the loveliest staff to compliment it. A wide range of baked goods from donuts to pies to sausage pastries and cakes. Very delicious and full pies that are kept fresh and the priced very reasonably, just one of these can fill you up! My personal favourites are the chilli cheese dog and the jam donuts; chilli cheese dog has a scrumptious juicy sausage with dabbles of cheese packaged in a flaky pastry. This item was so delightful, I am definitely returning for another mouthful of this masterpiece. The jam donuts are extremely fluffy, enveloped in sugar coating and hiding a little jam surprise in the middle. When fresh, these donuts will ignite your soul like no other donuts can. I will definitely returning to this lovely hidden spot. Easily my favourite go-to bakery in the Perth region.

Edit: We returned on day two to have our second Aussie breakfast at this same cafe 😋 and were now more infactuated with Perth :) staff were affable and made my mum’s day once again thank you Ken’s Bakehouse ☘️🌤️ MAY 2023 🩵 a pleasant first impression for my mum and I! We were glad to have chanced upon this eatery for our first official meal in Perth since yesterday’s late night arrival ✈️ the staff were friendly, welcoming and recommended a splendid chicken vegetable pie 🥧 which my mum likes. I prefer the beef haha. Nonetheless a heartwarming experience 🩷 serving food that is perfect for your weekly consumption :)

A tuna mornay pie with no tuna, will be back to try something else in future and review might change but don’t waste your money on the tuna mornay pie you’ll just get thick gluggy sauce and some green beans wrapped in pastry extremely disappointed in this pie, pastry was nice but the filling was awful. Some other pie flavours do look good and will try in future which may make me change my review. But that is not a tuna mornay pie very misleading advertising there

I always love to come here for a cup of LF iced chocolate. Unfortunately, I ordered a cup of LF iced chocolate per usual and saw the middle-aged worker didn't use LF milk. She handed me the drink, but I refused to take it as I had a lactose allergy. I kid you not; the attitude on her face was unacceptable. Like it was my fault that I couldn't accept the full-cream milk. She checked the bottom of the cup, and I was sure it had written LF iced choc. Then, she looked at the other younger worker like trying to communicate through mind or sth. I got my cup of iced chocolate with soy milk because LF milk was out of stock.

I don't mind the LF milk was out. The younger worker was pleasant. The middle-aged worker needs to undergo customer service training and change her twisting logic. I will visit the store again because I believe everyone deserves...
