I placed an order worth 66.50 cents. I received two Thai green chicken curry with no curry sauce in both dishes, dry and the noodles were over cooked. The beef dish had limited protein We also order a serving of spring rolls and chicken satay sticks the chicken sticks were imitation chicken of some sort covered in an overwhelming sauce to cover and disguise the disgusting state of the meet. The spring rolls were soggy and cooked in oil that over powered and soaked the taste of any remote flavour, every mouthful filled our mouths with what tasted like old oil. We called the restraint to relay our feedback and had the Owner of the restaurant give his feed back on what he thought his food consisted of and that there’s nothing wrong, relaying he’s been in service for 10 years. lve been a customer for many years till one day recently when l arrived to pick up my usual phone order and was confronted with an incorrect order. l think it is their son, the guy that took my order. Irrespective if it was their son or an employee, he proceeded to call me a liar to my face 3 separate times in a yelling tone, insisting that l'd ordered a meal lve never ordered or would ever order for that matter. l am a 60 year old woman, and in those 60 years l have taken the consequences for telling the truth, so when this adult kid, in front of his parents/employers repeatedly called me a liar, l was mortified. Whilst this was my go too for a yummy authentic feed. I feel that things have slipped over last 6 months. Gradually ingredients have been largely skimped on. I deconstructed my special fried rice tonight and found that the portions of meat and prawns have been halved of what it used to be. Whilst it's nice and fresh...I'm not happy paying top dollar for unspecial fried rice, hardly any egg, a few greens and a bit of flavour. Maybe it's like a telstra and you just keep paying because you know you have something that kinda works. But I'm not impressed anymore. Sorry not sorry. Lovely...
