Pizza Hut Geraldton — Restaurant in Western Australia

Edited - We won't be revisiting. Pizza was missing all extras we ordered. I Was charged for all extras (24.95). Actually paid 25.00 as asked if ok to go without 5c!!! As he only had 25.00 in. Notes in his hand and then pizza was cold (Luke warm at best) when I called to say it was cold and no extras, all I was given was excuses by "Cameron". The manager. I was then offered a new pizza it was now an hour since I first ordered not required at 8pm at night kids can't wait another hour for dinner! and then was only offered the price of the standard pizza 16.95 as a refund. Mmm think I wanted "fast food" and hot food or I would have made it myself. Sorry eagle boys/Pizza Hut. Fail all round full refund required and right now it's. 20 + mins later I'm still waiting for delivery driver that was promised to come back to "see what they could do" I will be dealing with consumer affairs WA if they don't sort it correctly. Ordered a simple cheese pizza, paid for contactless delivery, an hour later after wondering were my pizza was i finally received a call saying no one was home to answer.. funny thing is i never received a call by the driver to say he was here as with no contact delivery their not supposed to knock anyway? Even says on their website you will receive a call when your pizza is their and they will ask were u would like it left. Didn't get refunded for the delivery cost and they were pretty rude about it.. got told to pick it up, also pizza was all soggy and after sitting so long all the cardboard had stuck to the pizza so i could only eat some...

Ordered 2 pizzas, one arrived with absolutely no pineapple, called and they gave the options of making a pizza there and then or a free pizza at a later date. Took the later date option thinking there would be no issues. I have not been able to claim this free pizza if my life depended on it, we tried to explain however, the staff whilst can see we are owed a free pizza have no idea how to process that information and try to make you pay even more than you normally would. Have tried multiple times and the staff just aren’t interested.

My advice is go with Dominoes. Pizza Hut used to be the better choice in Geraldton however,...
