Update 2023: This place is still a dirty mess, booths covered in gravy, staff barely filling chip packs and got snarky when I made a mistake ordering and wanted Pepsi max he threw the Pepsi can straight in the bin. Food was cooked this time so it has improved somewhat. Was making jokes that the service would suck after my last time here and to my friends surprise the joke was no longer a joke.

Old Review 2019: This place is an actual **ing mess. The tables are sticky and the floor is dirty with so much rubbish. The customer service is pretty slack and there’s people standing around doing nothing while the place is dirty.

The cheese in my zinger stacker is not even melted. It’s so cold it’s just been ripped out the fridge and hasn’t even been warmed.

Thee using the outdated boxes from 2017 that can’t even be ripped to reduce the size meaning they must get such little people coming into the place they haven’t had to buy new stuff.

They didn’t give us any napkins or spoons etc. with our boxed meal. Just looked around and they don’t even have a toilet and there isn’t one open anywhere nearby.

The chicken is still bleeding. The outside of the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. It seems they are rushing the food even though there isn’t much business.

Would totally go to the one down the road instead if I knew what this was...

[UPDATED : Dec 2022] ... Ordered a standard zinger burger on sat night, but highly suspect staff put jalapeno sauce on it (rather than usual mayo which a standard zinger comes with).

Within 10 secs of eating zinger burger, i started sweating profusely from forehead.

My GF even started to laugh, as i stood infront of aircon vent to cool down.

[UPDATED : May 2021] ... Last night, ordered 6x pieces of chicken and ALL 6 were wings :( :( after my encounter with this store in March 2021, i did contact KFC directly VIA their website at the time... Guess neither head office, nor the morley store Manager care about the quality of food they serve.

[UPDATED : March 2021] ... IMO - do staff care and think about what they are doing, or do they just "wing it" ???

On the plus side, they gave me an extra chips/coleslaw (which i didn't order). On the negative - only gave me 6 pieces of chicken (instead of 9) ... They also gave me a "hot and crispy boneless chicken burger" instead of a zinger burger with bacon/cheese.

Also, out of those 6 pieces of chicken, 3 were wings :(:(:(

Have been going here on/off for 10+ years ... Out of all KFC stores in nearby area, this one is the best. They apportion the pieces properly - whereas others, you may get 8-10 wings/knuckles in 12...
