My recent experience at Red Rooster left me both surprised and disappointed when the restaurant ran out of chicken during what seemed to be a typical dinner rush. This unforeseen circumstance not only disrupted my dining plans but also raised concerns about the restaurant's supply management.
Arriving with an expectation of enjoying Red Rooster's signature chicken offerings, the realization that they were out of chicken left me and fellow customers bewildered. The inconvenience was compounded by the fact that no advanced notice or signage was in place to inform patrons of the shortage.
While I understand that unexpected challenges can arise, running out of a core menu item at a chicken-centric establishment is a significant oversight. The situation not only affected my dining experience but also cast a shadow over the reliability of Red Rooster in meeting customer expectations.

Read moreA true let down to anyone who's ever eaten at a normal red rooster. I've tried to order the Hot Honey 4 times now and only gotten an adequate meal 1 of the 4 times. This time I waited for 5 minutes while being completely ignored by the staff then finally gave up to run some other errands. When I drove back the siren song of that sweet hot honey chicken led me to foolishly try again. This time a vapid, dead-eyed girl shuffled out and stood in front of the counter wordlessly. No greeting, no asking what I wanted. So I asked for a hot honey combo. She entered a fried chicken combo. I sad no, I want the hot honey combo, she told me she couldn't enter that in the till but she could ask the kitchen to put the sauce on. I watched the completely not honeyed, nor hot sauced chicken sitting on the counter before this brain dead parody of a service worker managed to put it in a bag and wordlessly shoved it my way. I love Red Rooster but it's a shame I can only eat it in Perth as the Albany Franchise is so far below the other stores. The owner of this franchise should be truly ashamed at how his store works and the calibre of staff...
