Very disappointed! Out of all the eateries I have visited this would have to be my least favourite. Food very average and the customer service??... well, if this was my business, I would be dealing out some customer service tips and advice to my staff, especially the young girls behind the counter. They are representing someones business (business is tough at the moment) and seem to have forgotten they are working in a service industry, where they are paid to serve fee paying CUSTOMERS! Today I have had enough of buying a $10 chicken and cheese roll and then having to take it back. Why should I have to check my roll every time I buy it? Hey Royal can you please...
