Serendipity cafe — Restaurant in Western Australia

Hi Unfortunately, I couldn't give them more than 2 star and it is just for customer service. I have been there on Wednesday night with my family and we had 3 types of food. The Mahiche and Baghali Polo which looked the food was pre made and heated up. The Joojeh kebab was okay but not exelent. And the worse one was Koobide which as soon as it served on table I felt a very bad smell and I thought it because of type of meat it is smelly and my wife could not finish the food and we took the rest of food home. On that night my wife got sick and we recognised the meat was spoiled and the smell of that was the smell of spoiled food . I think this low rate will help them to improve their quality as I like to be more persian...

Lovely experience!! Visiting Beautiful Perth for the first time. Tonight’s evening at Serendipity Persian Restaurant was great from the start when we were welcomed upon arrival by friendly staff to the finish when we had finished our amazing meal. We ordered the banquet and it was all incredibly delicious, fresh, beautifully presented & unique flavours. The meat was all perfectly cooked & so tender & the fluffy rice & crisp mixed salad with a lovely dressing was so tasty. Staff are rude, unfriendly and brash. The food quality has been going down over time, it is below the average.

I did not write my review right away. I used to come the serendipity restaurant on Friday nights and the last two times were really bad.

Kebab was smelly and chewy, and I could not eat more that 2-3 bites. Whatever is the problem between manager and staff, the staff should not reflect their dissatisfaction to customers.

I also asked the staff for "gheimeh" dish, and she said " it is a simple dish why you do not make it by yourself...
