After a rather unfavourable "What can I get ya"? when approaching the counter after listening to the previous customers be greeted with a warm welcome and asked how they would prefer THEIR eggs prepared in THEIR breakfast, my friend and I ordered our meals which took 30+ minutes for a three stack of pancakes and a half waffle, two eggs and three pieces of bacon. Despite the table number in CLEAR view the first meal was taken outside before getting to the table. Five very long minutes later the second meal was delivered to the table, eggs cold and missing the hollandaise sauce. With the frustration of all this it was only then that my friend had noticed his meal was missing the choc chips, it so clearly states are included with his meal on the menu. Upon my friend asking for a 50% refund on the meals, he feels the owner played ignorant on the issue and eventually a 25% refund was given but not before stating that he also owns the Gelare in Mt Lawley. My friend says he frequents that store and never has he had a problem. After all this was concluded the looks from the other two staff were very bias and unprofessional. Unprofessional Behaviour I went to eat ice cream to this place as usual. We have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years. Today I needed some extra serviette. So I was waiting on the queue for a while. I saw some serviette near the coffee machine on top of the saucers but I didn't want to touch it due to hygiene reasons bc they might use that serviette to serve coffee for new customer. But there was some serviette opposite the coffee machine so I briefly went in and took a serviette. A girl name Sean came and said to me "don't step inside" in a very rude manner. I kept quiet thinking that she had a bad day at work but I asked her name from the other guy who was serving and calmed myself. While we were eating the owner suddenly came in and talked to me rudely that insurance doesn't cover in that area which I perfectly understood then I told him you could have had some serviette outside or put a board no entry but for that he replied to me in a tone and manner which was utterly disrespectful and rude. They must go to a course - how to talk politely to the customers. I will never step inside this...

I popped in for a quick treat and was very impressed. The ice cream is absolutely delicious – creamy, flavorful, and a perfect way to cool down on a warm Perth day. While the coffee was a solid, enjoyable brew, the ice cream is definitely the star of the show!

The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and the quality of the treats.

It's a fantastic place for a casual catch-up with friends, a quick dessert after shopping, or just a moment to yourself. The polite and friendly service really elevates the whole experience.
