The Camfield is a large bar and eatery with everything from chips to full steak and Parmi meals. Passing the security at the door, you are welcomed into a big open bar with a large number of tables, inside and out. The bar is very well stocked with a huge variety of cocktails, wines, spirits and soft drinks. We were going to Optus Oval to watch the BBL Cricket and took the short walk past the oval to have a sit-down lunch. Even with the huge crowds attending seeming to all having the same idea, we finally found a table, used the QR Code on the table to view the menu and also place our order. Drink orders are taken at the bar. While waiting for our food, the live band played a variety of music to satisfy a wide range of age groups. Even with the place full to the brim, and I must admit a quite noisy establishment when that full and with live band, our orders of freshly made pizza and steak with salad and chips were out quickly to our table within about 25mins. With the large number of tables and availability of outdoor seating as well, the Camfield can serve a huge number of patrons and to my amazement, serve up a beautifully cooked and seared 300g medium-well done steak, and large serves of salad and perfectly crispy chips quite quickly. The generous serve of pepper sauce that comes with the meal is one of the best I have tasted. Around $48 at time of review. The onsite Pizzaria makes fresh pizza to order, but being bit of a pizza connoisseur, I was not very impressed with the thin and cheese and oil-soaked Pizza. If you are a fan of the oily and soggy American style, fold your slice pizza, you will love it. If like me you like a more gourmet style crispier thin base, with a load of fresh veggies, meats that are not dripping with oil, and a balanced amount of cheese, these pizzas are definitely not for you! Around $25 a pizza at time of review. We actually went back after the game for dinner as well, over the course of 2 meals, our group rated the Parmi ($27)and Steak meals very highly, as did I. And while they did enjoy their Pizzas, it looked a tad soggy and oily. The service staff are friendly and efficient, the wait times are super-fast considering the place is always filled to brim, food is great, and atmosphere is great if you don't mind it sometimes being a bit loud from the sheer number of patrons enjoying their time at The Camfield. Price wise, the food and drinks are a bit on the higher side, but you do get a plate filled well with great food and your choice from a wide range of drink options. Oh and don't forget to walk over to food service counter to grab your basket of utensils, napkins and condiments before you order!! I rate The Camfield a 9.5 out of 10, only losing half a point because I personally enjoy a slightly quieter dining experience. If the noise and hustle and bustle is your kind of thing, The Camfield will definitely be one you will add to your calendar again and again!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Camfield Bar, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The combination of excellent food, efficient service, and a vibrant atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience. To begin with, the culinary offerings at The Camfield Bar were nothing short of outstanding. I had the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes, including the sticky Chinese pork belly, Angus beef burger, and steak sandwich. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in flavors that were simply phenomenal. The pork belly was succulent and sticky, with a perfect balance of sweetness and savory notes. The Angus beef burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, with a tantalizing blend of flavors and a perfectly toasted bun. The steak sandwich was a true delight, featuring tender and flavorful steak accompanied by fresh, complementary ingredients. It's clear that the chefs at The Camfield Bar take great pride in their craft, as every bite was a testament to their skill and dedication to quality. In addition to the amazing food, the service at The Camfield Bar was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure that every aspect of my dining experience was taken care of. The service was quick and efficient, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long to indulge in the delectable dishes. The staff was more than willing to provide recommendations and answer any questions I had, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. One cannot forget the importance of a cold beer in a bar, and The Camfield Bar certainly delivered in this regard. The beer served was refreshingly cold, which enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. It's evident that The Camfield Bar understands the importance of serving quality beverages at the right temperature, ensuring that their patrons have a satisfying and enjoyable experience. Furthermore, the ambiance of The Camfield Bar was fantastic. The bar exuded a lively and vibrant atmosphere, with a tastefully decorated interior and comfortable seating arrangements. Whether you're visiting with friends, family, or colleagues, the bar provides a welcoming and relaxed environment that is conducive to socializing and unwinding. In conclusion, my experience at The Camfield Bar was exceptional. The sticky Chinese pork belly, Angus beef burger, and steak sandwich were all incredibly delicious, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. The service was prompt and friendly, and the staff made me feel valued as a customer. The cold beer added to the overall enjoyment, and the ambiance of the bar was inviting and energetic. I would highly recommend The Camfield Bar to anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in a welcoming and vibrant setting.

The Camfield, is one of Perth’s largest pubs, perfectly positioned near Optus Stadium, making it a popular spot for game day crowds and casual visitors alike. With its spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas, it’s designed to accommodate large groups, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it a go-to for those looking to unwind with friends or family. The layout offers plenty of room to move around, and even on busy days, the venue doesn’t feel cramped, which adds to the overall comfort of the experience. There’s often a lot of good events on here, with a BBQ Competition featured on the day I visited. One of the highlights of The Camfield is its impressive beer selection. With a wide range of local and international brews, including craft beers and some house-made options, there’s something to suit every taste. Whether you're after a pale ale, lager, or something more adventurous, the variety on offer ensures that beer lovers won’t be disappointed. However, while the drinks shine, the food at The Camfield can be hit or miss. I noted that the dishes tend to be on the salty side, which might not appeal to everyone. Moreover, the prices can feel a little steep for what you get, especially when compared to other pubs in the area. Although the quality is generally good, the value for money might leave some patrons feeling underwhelmed. Overall, The Camfield is an ideal spot for a casual drink, especially for beer enthusiasts. The spacious setting and prime location make it a convenient and enjoyable place to visit, but the food might leave you wanting a little more balance in flavor and price.

well, first of all I loved this place with amazing view and live band music, food was alright as well but unfortunately, the customer service was really bad. The femail staff who got the tatoo with number 1964 on her left arm on the backside ruined the whole mood of us. We order the food and drinks from the table with the QR code, we ordered crab risotto and chips. As we were two, we asked for small share plates very politely but she didn’t say anything and walked pass as if we asked for something huge, and while she was gone for that, I also realised that the chips didn’t come with tomato sauce cus I clearly ticked aioli and tomato sauce and i even had to pay for extra for the sauce…. so we asked for that as well but she was so rude by not saying anything and when she came back with the tomato sauce, she literally almost threw that sauce on the table and walked away lol…. we were like Wow:) Plus she looked like she really did not want to be here….. its none of my business to be honest, but for your business I would recommend you to train ur staff properly… cheers.

The Camfield is located right next to the Optus Stadium. It is in fact in the same premises and vicinity! It's a lovely restaurant with great food and staff. Took my wife out on a lunch date and she absolutely loved it! It has a great feel to it. It makes you feel like you've escaped the city for We took a walk to see what else was going on here, apart from the obvious and we discovered a lovely playground that's suitable for those that wish to spend a day out with the kids. It looks fun enough for the little ones to keep busy. It's right next to the Swan River and it's fenced so it's nice and safe as long as your kids aren't pro fence climbers. Now, when you have a restaurant located right next to the Optus Stadium, you'd think FREE Wi-Fi would be a thing to access. No! The Camfield does not have Wi-Fi for it's customers. It doesn't make sense to me that one of the biggest mobile networks has the naming rights to The Optus Stadium and does not let itself shine by offering simple things like Wi-Fi. This is not good marketing! ~ CHISENGA
