Says on google you’re open till 10:30 on Friday nights. So I roll up at 10:10 to find the 2 girls on have closed the shop and locked the doors. Made a special effort drive to come in to get an ice cream after checking your hours on here! Pathetic either way, either update your opening and close times or fire the girls who think it’s acceptable to close earlier than you advertise. I won’t be back what a useless business that either can’t update their hours or has staff that shut up shop earlier than advertised. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable either way!! Turned up to this establishment at 10:00pm on a Saturday night. Online hours says open till 10:30pm. Sign on the door just says open till late. As my partner, my mate and his partner and 4 other random young ice cream enthusiasts approached the door, one of the staff members flipped the OPEN sign to CLOSED right in front of 8 customers ready to purchase and enjoy some of their ice creams. When I’m in Wollongong I always come by cold rock for ice-cream as they have a great selection of flavour and mix ins but today was I was so disappointed as apparently their ice creams have melted and are runny due to the hot weather. You would think an ice- cream shop would have good quality fridges not to mention the shop is air conditioned.
