After old-washing machine decided to have its day after 20 yrs, it was time to look for a new on, went to the 3 majors but they couldn’t deliver at a certain time. Went to Betta Wollongong & they could deliver at a specific time, found a machine & went & saw Ali & Saj they called the supplier to enquire if any available came back yes, Saj put order thru & called to confirm the order with supplier & they came back all were pre ordered, supplier offered an alternative while on the ph.

Highly recommend Betta Wollongong as Ali & Saj went well above customer expectations with helping myself acquire a new washer, &they notified me once it was in & Ali delivered the next day at a time that was suitable to myself as doing shift work & helped load the old washer so that I could dispose of it.

Bought a 55" Television from these guys which was already defected. They pointed this out to me initially, and after setting it up at home it works great. I bought a toaster as well and they knocked $50 off my total price. Very friendly and had my TV packaged up and ready to go by the time I returned to pick it all up, as I thought I'd go have a look at JB Hi-Fi before purchasing from them just to be sure. The kind gentleman helped me load my new TV in to the back of my car and explained all the gadgets that came with it such as the stand and remote that was integrated with a keyboard and mouse. We recently purchased a 10kg Westinghouse Washing machine. Staff were very helpful and knowledgable about the product. They were very competive with the price were better than bigger stores like goodguys and harvey norman. Only downfall was after purchase they told us we had to wait 8 weeks to receive our machine, however the Owner Ali was very helpful as he personally delivered the machine free of charge to our doorstep when it arrived. Will definately be buying and recommending Ali's store at Wollongong NSW to family and friends.
