Absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered food from them on Menulog at 9.36pm, and the food arrived at 9.58pm, the pizza was hot, but the buffalo wings were bone cold. I was told to contact the restaurant for them to fix the issue.

I called the restaurant at 9.59pm and spoke to a employee who immediately tried to blame the delivery driver. When I explained that the food took ~25mins from me pressing order to it arriving, and asked how they could possibly get cold in that time he said he would replace them. I asked for a refund instead, and I was told that would be ok and that they would drop around with the refund. However they instructed me to save the wings so they could inspect them when they arrived.

After 50 minutes had passed and no one had arrived, I called the restaurant back and a different employee answered. He explained to me that he was not responsible for the quality of the food on arrival, and said that the wings were "hot and fresh" when they left the restaurant. I again asked how they could have dropped to 18 degrees (I measured the temp by this point) in the 25 minute window between me ordering them, and them being delivered. Asked specifically when ordering if the lemon pepper chicken had any ham/bacon in it. The young blonde lady on shift today at 10pm said it was not. After 30 minutes of waiting, while the 2 employees were chatting away, we had finally received our pizza. We come home to find it topped with pepperoni. Photos included.
