If zero star was an option I would have definitely given it . I was visiting Wollongong for a day and stopped here for food . The staff when I was about to place an order said me oh go on other side I said let me look at menu anyways as I was in rush I told him suggest me something quick he said shawarma is quickest so I said fine paid at counter and had Sat down .after quiet a wait my order was not ready and I told him I asked u something which is quick but he even started making my fries ten mins later when food was ready ask was giving excuses that u start eating this and will you chips in a min anyways started eating my food and all it had sticky paper with loaded sauce which made it like a runny wrap and all the food was coming out on plate I have tried the food lot of time in Pakistan but staff at counter start asking me I think u never been here and bla bla have no idea how to talk to customers and saying me am rude when they should apologize for the mess they made I asked for a refund and said I don't need anything but he charged me for the fries and drink which I dont want to take as whole shop saw how messy the wrap they made for me never will come again or will sugest this place to any one you guys really need to work on your customer service am attaching a pic let me know is that what a...

I do uber deliveries , this restaurant remains busy mostly at night, I get alot of order to be picked. From here even during day time, there works a girl , who smiles at everyone and everytime you go, will hand over order politely, say sorry if it's gonna take time to make order but is always in rush making orders, taking orders, even when I have been there as customers at late night when she's on shift despite sleepy eyes she rushes to make order, greets properly on the contrary there are boys who never appoligeses even after making us wait for 15mina for a single order, whenever you go to eat something , they are always involved in verbal fight within themselves , and that delays the order one of the guys I see , usually at night makes faces at customer.
