Fuxing is the worst restaurant with the worst customer experience! ! Please avoid the trap! ! As a consumer who consumes the catering industry all year round, I have a very tolerant attitude towards the catering industry, especially the service quality. However, I am very dissatisfied with Fuxing restaurant from all aspects, so I would like to write this down. I hope consumers can use my comments as an objective reference: The service attitude is bad, there are signs of discrimination against fellow compatriots, and the attitude towards Chinese compatriots and the attitude towards local Australian consumers are seriously double-standard: As a Chinese restaurant, Fuxing has a serious shortage of service manpower, with only one waiter and one chef. When the service was insufficient, we went to Fuxing twice to dine, but the waiter chose to treat us indifferently and serve the local Australians first. When we checked out, the Fuxing waiter was perfunctory and impatient. During this period, we asked the waiter for details on how to pay. His attitude was arrogant and disrespectful, and there was no service quality at all. Secondly, I saw with my own eyes that the waiters at Fuxing had a bad attitude towards a middle-aged Chinese couple who came to dine for the first time, especially when the middle-aged consumers asked for some details of the dishes when they were not very proficient in English. The waiter's arrogant look made onlookers angry! ! ! ! ! The pricing is seriously unreasonable, commonly known as cheating prices. In Wollongong, the average price of a restaurant of the same size, dining environment, and cooking skills is AU$16-18, while in Fuxing it is between AU$25-33. The price is twice as high, but you can't exchange for higher-quality cooking, a cleaner and more elegant dining environment and decoration, or high-quality service! ! ! What you get in exchange is a restaurant-like dining environment, low-quality waiters and compatriot discrimination, and cooking skills that you can enjoy in China for only 50 yuan. To sum up, if you don’t want to spend a lot of money in Wollongong and get a lot of anger and anger, please avoid...
Read moreWaitress was nice but useless. We placed our order with her and shortly after she was offering the menus again and we had to say it a few times that she just took our order.
Partner ordered beef pho which he didn't finish. Broth was basically all spice with a hint of beef and a lot of mung bean. He couldn't finish it coz it had no flavour or too much of the mung bean. And the noodles were almost mush when he got his bowl. He's still hungry.
Ordered 12 dumplings, only 6 came out which ended up being better as the pork and cabbage had no flavour and obviously boiled too long or not sealed properly coz the dumplings were watery AF - this isn't stock, it's watery dumplings.
I ordered the wonton soup with chilli oil. Basically a bowl of wontons drowning in chilli oil - no soup. Not good quality wontons, no flavour and didn't finish it. I got half way to the car parked near maccas and threw up everything into the gardens.
$40 wasted - had it been done properly - any of it, would have been a great deal. But if you want flavour you won't find it here. The waitress again, nice, but useless. A disappointing...
Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable and disgusting experience! I ordered a vegetarian pho, and these people sent me beef pho instead. I informed them that I can’t eat beef because it's against my religion. What did they do? I saw the chef taking beef out of my bowl with his bare hands and trying to pass it off like it was new! The nerve! When I called them out, they claimed they’d make a new one—guess what? They gave me the same bowl back with a piece of beef still in it! Completely disrespectful, unsanitary, and careless. If you care about basic respect for your dietary choices or religion, do NOT trust this place. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t care about food...
