Subway — Restaurant in Yeppoon

Received the worst service by Roman, literally "what'd ya want" followed by 1 word mumblings such as "cheese?".. I was trying to be patient as they had a sign up saying trainees please be patient, which I was, but when you are served by a rude jerk who throws salad on the sandwich in massive clumps and is swearing throughout the process, I actually had to stop him and ask him to put some effort in to it as the last 1/4 of sandwich had no topping.. He couldn't wrap the wrap and was swearing under his breath and abruptly shutting microwave door, it was obvious he didn't want to be there.. I asked him to work on his service as it was absolutely shocking. No apology, zero expression, zero personality, mumbled under his breath when I gave him constructive feedback, I asked for his name got mumbled at.. The bloke is a disgrace to all sandwich artists, he was as happy & as useful as a brain tumour.. The place was a pig sty too, poor Jayden had to pick up the slack of this train wreck of a subway shop. 1 star is too generous. Roman should resign or be sacked.. Usually the service is good but today at 4:15 pm there were two staff and the younger lady was not trained properly and blaming the customer for her shortcomings. She was very distracted when filling the wrap and at the end when we asked it to be grilled she commented that she needs to know that when she started to fill the wrap. No idea why she needs to know that beforehand when the grilling is done at the end (other staff usually ask at the end). I'm a regular to this Subway and the filling was very low today. I got a subway wrap that came with stale bread, untoasted despite asking for it that way, they made the entire thing forgetting to heat up the meat so then then took each piece of sauce covered chicken out then heated it up so it got soggy with the sauce, then after completely mixing all the ingredients on the wrap they added the chicken back and didnt toast it, then they didnt wrap it properly ripping the bread- in the end it got no refund and no food
