FINE JAPANESE FOOD This is a small restaurant with a nice Japanese decoration. Although the place is small, it's possible to come here with a group of friends (maximum 6). However, I was here with my boyfriend on Saturday afternoon. We easily found a free table. The menu was in German and Japanese, but it was illustrated with images of the main dishes. That made ordering much easier. The waitress was nice and gave us enough time to make decisions. We ordered Edamame and Tekka Maki as appetizer and ramen and Yasaitempura as a main dish. Both, Edamame and Maki were fine but too small. Additionally, I think Maki could have been better rolled and cut. Between two main dishes, I liked more Yasaitempura. The crust was well done. Moreover, vegetables remained juicy under fried coating. In my opinion, Ramen lacked a bit of spiciness and some chili would improve it. Anyhow, portions were large, but the good thing is that we could’ve pack leftovers. Two more good things about this place are the possibility to pay with card and free wi-fi. Price range is similar to other restaurants of the same type. The restaurant is also in the centre, so I think it’s a fair place when you crave Japanese food.

Really delicious food. Centrally located just near the main plaza (Platz) of Graz. Small area inside, maybe 6 people max. Good service. The teriyaki sauce tasted as if it had some kind of nut oil (peanut?) Which i am not used to in teriyaki bento, but it still tasted good. Be careful if you have a nut allergy (nussallergie). The raw fish/sashimi was not very flavorful, but the rest of it was great.

This is a dependance of their restaurant at Prokopigasse 4, which serves really good sushi. So it comes as no surprise that the sushi was also very good. The location is great, because you can sit outside and have a nice view of the ongoings in the Schmidgasse, which is usually busy during weekends. Only four stars because we also had ramen and it wasn’t too good. Would recommend to order sushi.

Today I had walked away from the nearly if not the worst meal and Japanese food in my life. I had ordered a bento box. First arrived a luke warm music soup with the most tiny pieces of tofu and far too much sea weed. Since the miso soup is never a speciality or renown as a great soup....I had thought to myself, never mind. Soon afterwards bento box arrived with the burned brownish smelly from old vegetable oil tempura.Tried to explain to non speking English a single word waiters and paid gor the four and left..Chinese running Japanese restaurant is allways bad news with a exceptions very top...
