Ciao Ciao City — Restaurant in Klagenfurt

The toilet was a disaster, both the women's and the men's. They were dirty and/or didn't work, which is just unacceptable for a restaurant of this size.

The food was very good (we all had a pizza), however, a little oily (which is to be expected of a pizza).

The staff was really nice, even though at times a little loud. It was very hot inside, but we were sitting close to the kitchen. I would recommend to the restaurant to either invest in a airconditioner or other ventilation at that spot of the restaurant, as it was hotter than outside of the restaurant.

The cleanliness, as mentioned above, was sub-par and I would not recommend this restaurant to people who put a big emphasis on this. I would not blame this on the staff, as it is the manager's responsibility to maintain the condition of the toilet or the furniture in...

The food is really good. The pizzas taste good and the size is ok.

But the rest is really not good!

The benches have partly extreme cracks in the seat and I got a dirty cutlery. Unfortunately, also very bad we noticed that in this restaurant normal tap water is extremely expensive. 1.70 euros for a glass, something not even a restaurant around the whole Wörthersee allows itself. I say nothing to a small expense contribution of e.g. 50 or 70 cent. but 1.70 is usury. Especially since we have also eaten for over 20€!

Cleaning

At a first glance, the table was not clean. He took the peppers on the table that's left from the previous customer but didn't wipe at all.

Then toilet was very dirty. It has not been cleaned for a few days for sure. Score 2/10

Pizza It was served hot. Tomato sauce quality was lower than I expected. Cheese tastes like cheap market cheese Score 4/10

Service There was no paper under the serving plate. There was only one napkin for the fork and knife. The knife wasn't clean...
