This is a charming, cozy café that puts care into all the little details. There is an assortment of seasonal cakes (e.g, Topfen-Zwetschke) and the coffee is well-selected and skillfully prepared. The coffee beans are sourced from 220 Grad in Salzburg, a well-known specialty roaster. My espresso was expertly prepared, but the roast currently on offer, a Brazilian arabica, is a dark roast, which is not my personal preference but is in keeping with Austrian coffee culture. But, all that said, it was done correctly, with lovely crema, and was served in attractive fine porcelain.

I ordered a cold brew made with beans that were more on the acidic side, and the coffee had a fruity acidity but with quite a balanced acidity and a light mouthfeel.
