Gasthaus Drei Hasen — Restaurant in Salzburg

I highly do not recommend this place! We went there to eat during the midday and from the start the waiter was very unfriendly, touching and moving our personal stuff from one place to another without asking, walking around and shaking his head on us and other customers, commenting and talking ugly. When we asked to not touch our things, he took menu cards from us and told to leave…Everyone in the room was ‘shocked’ by unprofessional behaviour of this man. Congratulations! Never coming...

We had a great evening here. Our waiter Harte was exceptional and very attentive to dietary requirements. The food was excellent, traditional Austrian meals with locally sourced ingredients. Sehr ernüchternder Besuch bei den 3 Hasen. Zuerst zur Bedienung, euer Kellner in Pink, welcher nur mit einem spricht wärend die Augen auf eurem Bestellgerät da kleben, oder irgendwo in der Luft hängen... Dann zum Essen, ein Champion Rahmschnitzel, wo ich bis jetzt nicht weiss welches Tier das mal gewesen sein soll, aber es wurde definitiv in Rosemarin erstickt, dazu eine absolut neutrale wässrige Grundsoße und als Krönung Dosenchampions. Aus dem Salat musste ich erstmal die welken Blätter raus sammeln. Meine Frau hat immerhin 2 Fertig Putenschnitzel aus der Friteuse bekommen die waren zumindest essbar, was ich von dem unbekannten Tier auf meinem Teller nicht behaupten konnte, darum hab ich das dann auch dem Kellner zur entsorgung anvertraut, was ihn so überraschte das wir tatsächlich einen 2 sekündigen Augenkontakt hatten. Warum ich 2 statt einem Stern gebe? Die Pommes waren gut und die Dosenchampions immerhin erste Wahl.... Keine Ahnung was passiert ist aber dort werden wir...
