Genuss-Oase — Restaurant in Salzburg

Let's see. Where do I start? We are tourists from Sweden. I, my wife, my 3 small kids, my parents and my cousin who can speak german decided to eat here because it was near our hotel. We had the worst experience ever. It took nearly an hour before we got our food which made our kids agitated. We noticed some of the customers started to look at us. There were not many customers in the restaurant. Just one man at one table and on the other table it was a group of 4. After we finished eating the waiter came to us and told my cousin that some of the customers were complaining. She even told us that we should have left kids at home. We are freaking tourists. How are we supposed to leave the kids. I guess those people don't have kids because they don't seem to know how it is with kids. Wanted to give zero stars but 1 is the minimum which they...

Da wir erst Abends in Salzburg ankamen, erkundigten wir uns schon auf der Fahrt im Vorhinein telefonisch, ob wir dort noch etwas zu Essen bekämen. Trotz der Information, die Küche schließe erst um 9, schien die Chefin sehr abweisend als wir um 20:30 ankamen. Direkt wunderten wir uns über ihre unfreundliche Art nahmen dann aber erstmal Platz und fragten ob das auch alles so passt. Die Chefin reagierte darauf sehr patzig und beschuldigte uns einerseits sie nicht gegrüßt zu haben (was wir tatsächlich versucht hatten aber leider von ihr ignoriert wurden) und andererseits nicht klar genug kommuniziert zu haben, dass wir noch kommen (wir haben wohlgemerkt angerufen). Vermutlich hatte die Frau einen schlechten Tag, was wir letztlich ausbaden mussten. Wir haben uns aufgrund ihrer schulmeisterlichen Ansprache leider so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir das Restaurant wieder verlassen haben und auch nicht wieder...
