Pizza Joy — Local services in Salzburg

Scammers. I placed an order for pickup through lieferando accidentally, the items remained in my cart from this place, but I wanted to order from another place. I called them about one minute later to cancel the order, they asked why, I explained the situation and they said ok, they will cancel the order.

They did not cancel it, took the money and reported to the app that I picked it up, but I did not of course. I went through lieferando support, after about a week I got the answer back from them that "The owner doesn't agree with the refund". This is just ridiculous, they agreed to the cancellation but now they want to back away. They took the money for the food they didn't...

• I bought a pizza there and the menu said it cost 9.50. I waited quite a long time and they told me that pizza costs 10.50! I realized this when I was already returning home.

• This restaurant is dirty.

• There was a girl in the restaurant, who worked part-time and who brought with her a child. This child was lying on the floor and taking various things that did not belong to him. And then the cook took these things from the floor and did not even wash his hands before cooking!

• But the food was delicious.

I strongly do not recommend going...

the whole top is stuck to the paper there is nothing left on the pizza they could have put foil on top,,,and I waited 4 hours for the food, it was ice cold but it was delicious......

I ordered again and asked for extra mushrooms which + money there is no mushroom on the pizza what the hell...
