Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I'm a gold member. Ordered 3 drinks and not one was right. Hard to mess up worse. Ordered a cafe latte, lactose free, with white chocolate..since with my membership the syrups are free and I don't get the whipped cream. Normally this costs 4,90. She rang it up with an extra espresso shot I didn't ask for and as a reg cafe mocha, which amounted to 6,20 even after scanning my membership card. Then, the barista never put the white chocolate syrup in, so I got basically a cafe latte.. bitter with extra espresso...even though the sticker said white mocha! Second drink was for my son. We ordered a fudge brownie hot cocoa regular milk...have had it many times.. normally it comes with the chocolate whipped cream and brownie topping...they basically gave him lightly flavored milk and one small squirt of regular whipped cream...third drink was an Americano for a friend with us. It was basically more like a tea. Worse Americano I have ever seen and my friend threw it out. I was extremely disappointed. The workers seemed uninterested in what they were doing and lazily made the drinks without any attention. I would never go back and I'm a regular at Starbucks! I'm glad it was only a day trip to Salzburg as I usually go to Starbucks in Vienna where I work/live. I am absolutely disappointed and wasted 15...

When placing our order we asked for a modification to one of the sandwiches (remove the cheese due to someone in our party being lactose intolerant). She agreed that was doable. When we received our order, we noticed that she didnโt remove the cheese so we asked for another sandwich. She told us to just remove it (um no, itโs melted) and we insisted we needed another. She told us she was too overwhelmed since she was by herself, mind you there was nobody behind us when we ordered. We insisted on getting what we paid for and she refused and finally ended up just giving us a cold sandwich so that we could remove the cheese ourselves. The rudest, most incapable barista Iโve ever experienced. On top of that, our coffees were not good at all. The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and treated me poorly and tried really hard not to make a rude comment for my choice of clothes. I donโt get what their problem was? Why were they even chosen to start working in such a luxury coffee shop, while being so disrespectful and judging people just by the way they dress? I got a water and a sandwich. I sat on the light brown leather sofa, with a view to the window wall where the high chairs were. There was no one sitting on them. I was the only one on the sofa by the way. Then the rude little immigrant lady started loudly cleaning the chairs and interrupted my eating! Thatโs unacceptable! I was working also in an Starbucks, but In The Netherlands. There was no such thing allowed as being disrespectful to clients! She should be fired...
