Where do I start? The service was chaotic and not only at our table. Staff was overwhelmed and overworked, tables haven't been cleaned even 15min after the guests left. Orders were misplaced and somehow staff seemed used to it. While they were all friendly and helpful, it didn't seem like they really care - or in better words: That this is the normal work mode for them and they don't think it can be improved. They're accepting of this state and have resigned mentally. To the food. We ordered Ebi Mayo and Tuna Ceviche as starters. Those were actually really good and also looked great - like most dishes here do. Sadly the taste can't keep pace with the looks. While the sushi and the bowls are very nice to look at and highly instagramable, the taste is rather unconvincing or outright lacking. For my own main dish I ordered duck on fried ramen. I couldn't eat this dish and for the 2nd time in my life I had to return a dish. The noodles weren't burnt, but they tasted like ashes. My guess would be that someone burnt the sauce they added to the noodles and dripped over the sliced duck and they never dared to taste it afterwards or to make a new one or whatever the hell was going on in that kitchen. The dish wasn't edible. Lucky for me the server immediately removed the dish from the check, but my tastebuds have not yet recovered. The only redeeming factor is that the other dishes were okay while not spectacular. Would I recommend going here? Maybe. If you don't care for taste and want some nice pictures for Instagram or show TikTok that you eat nice-looking sushi.
Otherwise instead of eating the fried noodles, you can always lick out the ashtrays of the neighbouring McDonalds. Probably tastes about the same. A duck died for that...
Read moreJanuary 13.01.2025 around 20 o'clock. I work in a hotel and restaurant and there are service standards that are the minimun requirement to meet and greet a guest. Came in with my mom, had to ask to be seated. Its actually not a big problem. Not even 5 minutes of sitting down and still looking at the menu. "Drinks? " only that was said by Mady or medy. how rude! it should be "would you like anything to drink? " and then when we said not yet. he just simply left. it was rude and not friendly. solution:" if you're ready to order let me know". food came, when we were eating not even 1 of the staffs came and asked how the food was, was everything ok?. this is a mandatory question for restaurants in Europe unless a small shop selling kebab. Very bad experience with the service. The guy with glasses was a little nicer than Medy. I would like also to add to have a "Bewirtungsbeleg" i have asked for it and they didnt have any. its mandatory also for a restaurant, it has a field on the receipt where guests can write reviews and be directly handled to management. completely...
Read moreIf it was possible, I would have given 0 stars to this ‘restaurant’. If you would like to spend your precious weekend going to this place and standing for a good 15 mins at the entrance (even if you have reserved a place) while the waiters pass you by and ignore you as if you do not exist, then this is the perfect place for you! Even if you get a table after going to one of the waiting staff and make them aware of your presence, they would begrudgingly offer you a place to sit (as if it would reduce their paycheck), they would take their own sweet time to take your order and run from one place to another pretending to be super busy. The food was edible to say the least, and left me with the most horrible taste in my mouth that would last me till next Christmas, thanks to their food. The cherry on top of the rotten cake, was the waiter then adding a tip to the bill himself, without even consulting us. Talk about self importance! One of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. I hope it shuts down. But that’s just...
