Be careful, they tried to scam me by having charged me almost 15 euros more than I was supposed to pay! When I raised a question about the receipt, they started to blabber smth about the mistake on the menu, and the price of the meal was actually higher than on the menu... When I insisted, that I was going to pay only what I initially intended, they did recalculate the price down from 41 to 27 Euros. When I gave them 30 euros they had no intention of giving me the change - mind that I ordered a take-out, the tip is not a customary thing in such a situation. I had to literally force them to give me the damn 3 euros back - the lady would fiddle around in confusion in her purse, and eventually fished out 1 euro smth, at which point I was already angry enough to not care for the rest of the petty cash. And all that interaction went with a plaster smile, very bad German and not a word of apology. Surprisingly, the food was actually not bad at all, but not a chance I'm ever going into this place again. Re: no mistake, Asian restaurant, big red door, checked your photos on Google map - definitely the place where I've been. To be fair, the event happened about a month or two ago, I posted the review originally, but it was a bit too strongly worded, so it didn't pass the google review policy, I only now noticed that the review was still pending, so I rewrote it and posted again. Not a false allegation,...

The restaurant replied claiming that this is due to transaction fees and fewer tips. However, this is misleading. According to EU law (PSD2), merchants are not allowed to impose extra surcharges for card payments—these costs are part of doing business and must be included in the price. Tipping is voluntary and has nothing to do with the legality of charging additional card fees.
I was not informed of this extra fee in advance, which makes the practice unfair, non-transparent, and against consumer protection rules. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, as such behavior is unacceptable and not in line with fair business practices.
Read moreI've been here before, but recently it's become my favorite Chinese restaurant!
They've re-done their menu with authentic Chinese dishes and even though I had no idea what I was ordering I was absolutely delighted 10 times out of 10!
If you want to escape the boring "sweet and sour chicken + wok drowned in soy sauce" Chinese cuisine that's typical around Vienna, absolutely give this place a try, you won't regret it! I can't wait to go through everything they have on the menu 🍜
If there's one minor inconvenience worth mentioning, is that they only accept cash payments...
