I recently had breakfast at this restaurant that I had heard mixed reviews about, but I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. To start, the food was incredibly mediocre, especially considering the prices on the menu. I ordered a dish that included a boiled egg, and it was not even boiled properly. This was particularly disappointing because it's a basic dish that any professional kitchen should be able to execute well.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was also far from ideal. During our lunch, there was loud techno music playing, which made it difficult to have a conversation without raising our voices. To make matters worse, the music was streaming from Spotify and included ads, which is quite unprofessional for a restaurant setting. It felt more like a noisy, crowded bar than a place to enjoy a quiet lunch.

Lastly, the service left a lot to be desired. At the end of our meal, the waiter gave us the wrong receipt. Mistakes happen, but instead of apologizing, he laughed it off. This lack of professionalism was the cherry on top of an already disappointing experience.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was subpar, the atmosphere was noisy and chaotic, and the service was unprofessional. There are many other restaurants in the area that offer better food, a more pleasant atmosphere, and more attentive service at a similar...

Der Kaffee mag noch so gut sein - wenn der Kundenservice nicht vorhanden ist, dann verliert man die Freude am Kaffee. Da auf konstruktive Kritik weder im Lokal noch via E-Mail reagiert wird, kommt sie nun nochmal als Rezension.

Ich war vor kurzem mit einem Freund erstmals hier und hatte leider eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung. Die insgesamt eher desinteressiert wirkende Angestellte hat mich leider nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass verschiedene Röstungen angeboten werden. Ich habe es erst nach der Konsumation, als wir bezahlen wollten gesehen. Dadurch habe ich leider einen Espresso bekommen, der nicht meinen Vorlieben entspricht. Ich mag schokoladige Noten gerne, fruchtige Espresso hingegen weniger. Als ich die Angestellte beim Bezahlen freundlich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass es schön wäre, wenn man beim Bestellen gefragt wird, welche Röstung man möchte, meinte sie nur, dass ich es beim nächsten Mal einfach sagen sollte. Es gab keine Entschuldigung und keine Annahme des Verbesserungsvorschlags (z.B. "Ja, das ist eine gute Idee. Das werde ich in Zukunft machen." o.ä.).

Zuvor mussten wir kurz an der Theke stehend auf das Bezahlen warten, da die Angestellte mit einer Bestellung beschäftigt war und dies etwas länger dauerte. Das ist grundsätzlich überhaupt kein Problem, aber es wäre schön, auf so etwas hingewiesen zu werden. Beispieldialog: "Wir würden gerne zahlen." - "Ja, gerne. Einen Moment bitte, ich kümmere mich noch um diese Bestellung."

Leider hat die Dame es so geschafft, dass ich sehr unzufrieden aus einem Café, das mir vermutlich normalerweise gefallen würde, hinausgegangen bin. Ich verstehe, dass man einen schlechten Tag hat, aber ein bisschen Freundlichkeit ist einfach trotzdem angebracht in einem solchen Job.

Kleine Anmerkung noch am Rande: Ich empfehle für den Americano ein bisschen weniger Wasser zu verwenden. Mein Freund hatte einen und der war ziemlich wässrig. Besser zu wenig als zu viel. Das lässt sich nämlich...

The service is extremely slow. The four of us at the table got only one menu list, and it was a photocopy in a plastic sleeve. One of the orders was chai latte, but they brought coffee instead.
