Ordered a vegan spinaci pizza by phone, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came about a half hour later and had to wait 10 minutes until they brought the pizza to me - already lukewarm. If jt was already long done, what was the holdup? No explanation. I opened the box and see, there is maybe 1 tiny bit of spinach in the middle. So I send it back and ask for what I ordered, a spinaci should have a decent amount of spinach, one would think, in any normal pizzeria. They add the spinach and reheat it - fine. I ask for it to be cut - the result is almost the same as before they cut it - great. Not sure how they manage to do something so simple so poorly. Next issue: they don't accept credit card payments under 15 euros. So I have to order a soda on top, just to bring it up from 13,20 to 16 euros. This policy is frankly ridiculous, considering I could have ordered via Mjam or Lieferando and paid by card, and they'd then lose 15-30% of the money. But instead when I order directly, in which case they would only pay a max 3% credit card processing fee, the thanks I get is having to pay extra for a soda that I didn't even want. Next time I will order via Mjam and they will lose a lot of money - their own fault for shooting themselves in the foot with the ridiculous 15 Euro card payment policy... Or actually, I'm not sure there will be a next time. It's a shame because at the end of the day the...
Read more1 Star – Worst Pizza Experience Ever
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was hands-down the worst pizza restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service was a complete joke — the staff acted like they couldn’t care less whether we were there or not. We waited over 30 minutes for a pizza, and when it finally arrived, it was an absolute disaster.
The crust was soggy in the middle and burnt around the edges, like they had no idea how to use their oven. The cheese tasted cheap and rubbery, and the toppings were sparse, dry, and clearly not fresh. I’ve had frozen supermarket pizza that was better than this.
The restaurant itself was dirty — sticky floors, unclean tables, and a weird smell hanging in the air. Even the drinks were flat and overpriced.
Honestly, this place shouldn’t be calling itself a pizza restaurant. It’s a disgrace to the name. Save your time, your money, and your appetite — and go literally anywhere else.
I'm a pizza lover i know about the real holsgrill pizza taste. Is it really a Holsgrill pizza? I'm over sure this is not a Holsgrill Pizza!!! This is not fake user I'm just against about telling...
Read moreAn authentic unforgettable italian food experience in Wien. We tried this restaurant based on previous reviews and we were not dissapointed. We wanted to taste something different from the italian usuals, so we tried the gnocchi al tartufo and pizza fruti di mare. The gnocchi were out of this world, probably the best pasta I ever tried. The texture was so smooth, very well cooked and absolutely delicious, with the truffle taste very intense, and you also get a bunch of parmesan as topping. In my opinion an easy 10/10. As for the pizza, I tried the special pizza frutti di mare. The dough was fluffy and soft with a tasty homemade (my guess) tomato sauce. The pizza had a lot of seafood on it, which i personally loved but it didn't felt so fresh which is understandable, and was a bit tasteless. For me it was a 8.5/10. The staff was very kind, polite and careful on client wishes and I personally liked the open kitchen they had. The ambience there was ok, but obviously there is room for improvement on this chapter. Overall a worthy experience, and if you are a fan of italian food (or not) I recommend to...
