Delightful family run restaurant at the northern end of tram route D and away from the hustle and bustle of central Vienna. Seating inside or outside, on the pavement, for 40-50 people. Friendly, helpful staff who explained the dishes we didn’t know. The food, especially the deserts, was the best I had eaten in a while. I had hot pork schnitzel, filled with cheese, chorizo and piri piri sauce, with creamy mash potato. It was really tasty. My wife had chicken roule, mushroom stuffed chicken leg wrapped on bacon, with a basil risotto. She wished she had had a schnitzel. The risotto certainly had plenty of basil, possibly too much for some. Best was to come, deserts ! We shared Kaiserschmarrn, hot shredded thick pancakes with plum sauce, and Eismarillenknodel, a vanilla ice cream bomb with apricot centre and lightly dusted, which was served with cream. The food, beer, rose wine and tip cost 85 Euros. Well worth heading this way if you want a high quality Viennese meal....

Viyana’ya tekrar gelme sebebim oldu! Kesinlikle müthiş bir restoran. Viyana’ya dair en sevdiğim şeylerden birisi burası oldu. Yediğimiz en iyi shnitzel!! Kocaman porsiyonlar, mükemmel lezzetli yiycekler… Gittiğinizde schintzel ve patates salatası kesinlikle denemelisiniz. Her ikisi de daha önce yediklerimin en iyisiydi. Bu deneyimde bize yardımcı olan Eva’ya çok teşekkürler. Tavsiyeleri ve bizimle ilgilenişi harikaydı. Bize verdiği tavsiyeler sayesinde yemek deneyimimiz çok daha iyi hale geldi. Ayrıca yabancı dilim çok iyi olmamasına rağmen bizimle çok iyi anlaştı. Aynı zamanda yer olmamasına rağmen, bizimle ilgilenip masa ayarladı. Mekanın atmosferi çok güzeldi, konsept harikaydı. Bir daha Viyana’ya gelirsem her akşam buraya gelmek isterim! Bize bu harika deneyimi yaşatan Markt 58 çalışanlarına, özellikle Eva’ya sonsuz teşekkürler… … It became my reason to come to Vienna again! Absolutely amazing restaurant. This was one of my favorite things about Vienna. The best shnitzel we have ever eaten!! Huge portions, perfectly delicious food... You should definitely try the schintzel and potato salad when you go. Both are the best I've ever eaten. Many thanks to Eva who helped us with this experience. Her recommendations and care for us were great. Our dining experience became much better thanks to the recommendations she gave us. Also, although my foreign language was not very good, she got along very well with us. At the same time, even though there was no room, she took care of us and arranged a table. The atmosphere of the place was very nice, the concept was great. If I come to Vienna again, I would like to come here every evening! Wir hatten ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis in diesem Restaurant. Die Atmosphäre war freundlich und gemütlich, und das Personal aufmerksam und höflich. Die Speisen waren lecker, frisch zubereitet und großzügig portioniert – man merkt, dass der Koch mit Herz und Seele arbeitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Dessert, das eine echte Überraschung war: hausgemacht und dennoch etwas ganz Besonderes. Insgesamt ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt.
