Café Latte Art — Restaurant in Vienna

Pretty disappointing experience. We visited by making use of a discount voucher, promising two hot drinks by paying only one. The start was uphill, since the waitress said that only regular drinks (espresso-cappucino-latte-flat white) were included in the offer, even though this was not indicated by any means in the voucher. In the end, she accepted that was the case, and we were allowed to pick hot chocolate as well.

The drinks were prepared with bubbling milk, far from the silky texture you could expect from a place explicitly called "Latte art". They also came below the full capacity of the cup.

The Tanzania chocolate lacked taste and texture, with a watery feel in general. The pumpkin white chocolate latte tasted artificial, with a sweetener after taste. The only highlight was the nice sun in the terrace.

I have visited today with my friend, we both are Ukrainians but we spoke German with the barista, of course. We were just enjoying the evening and were ready to leave, when he started talking to us in russian. We do not speak this language so we kindly answered him that we do not understand and we are not russians.

He said okay and it seemed fine. Then, he came to us again and started "proving" us that every Ukrainian speaks russian and that "it's just a language" which was so unprofessional of him and made us really sad. You have no right saying anything like this to people whose country being invaded by russians, especially if you are not a Ukrainian yourself.

I loved this place!!!! A massive congratulations!!! How is it possible that this place is not famous in Vienna? It serves quality food and coffees a thousand times richer than the recognized ones they sell to us…tourists, which on top of that we have to wait in line and which are not even 1% in quality compared to this cafe. The service is excellent, as they are lovely! Not very common around here. The quality of the coffee is unique! And the art latte makes you fall in love with it! The matcha is so delicious and with vegan options of milks. On top of that, the best of the best are the combos that are affordable, a lot of food and delicious.
