Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vienna

We ordered pizza via app. When it was written in the app that it is ready, we came to the restaurant. We waited for stuff to come to us, then we said our order number and the stuff went away without saying anything. After waiting more, we asked where is our order, the stuff told us to wait. When we started complaining, the stuff told us to wait or just go away. We waited 30min more in the restaurant to get our order. The stuff was very rude, to be more precise, one particular employee. We asked for a complaint book, he told us that they don't have any, we asked to call the manager, the employee told us that he went home, we asked him to call the manager, he told us to call him ourselves. We asked the name of this employee to leave a review about his work, he refused to tell us, asked why we needed his name and asked ours. Very rude. We will write a mail to domino's so that it comes to the attention of the manager. Also we ordered medium domino's original pizza dough but apparently got Italian style. Very bad experience. We won't...

Complete waste of time. if you really must have Domino's don't bother with this one. placed an order on their app then waited for over 50 min, tried calling them ( no answer). The in app pizza trcker still said the pizza wasn't even out of the oven, tried calling again( waited for more than 20 min for someone to pick up, no luck there), then suddenly the app said my order has been cancelled. so i decided to order another one but wasn't sure if I'd had to deal with the same problem again so i just ordered from Mjam. then the doorbell rang , after more than 90min and it was the Domino's delivery guy. most unfriendly staff ever tried to argue with him about Domino's "30 min delivery policy" he wouldn't hear a word. Domino's used to be one of my favorite comfort foods. now I can only think about them...

Great place...quiet little gem in the middle of what feels like a suburban area.

I stayed at the Marriott hotel a 5 minute walk away and decided to have pizza here one night. It's a great place and ordering from the screens is great as you can select the English language option.

You then choose to pay immediately via credit card or pay when your food is ready. I decided on paying on collection and eating in.

The food was made fresh and after about 10 minutes it was ready. The pizza was nice...not often had Domino's but it was tasty.

On leaving one of the staff even asked me if I liked the pizza...it's nice that they were interested in my feedback. Great place and highly recommend you try it if you are in...
