Fischrestaurant Luka's & Co — Restaurant in Vienna

The food was amazing but the service was really, really bad! In the moment we ask about our reservation the waiter makes an expression as if we weren't welcome there. She didn't speak English, what is ok if she were open to try to understand us, we even tried to use the translator but she wasn't open to it. When she finally accepted she just grabbed the phone from my hand to write there something after looking at the watch. Then, one of the dishes didn't come. We waited and waited and when we asked for it she said that they didn't have that food anymore. Well, more unpleasant things happened coming making the service really bad. Definitely, we won't go there anymore even with the really good food....

Solides Fischrestaurant. Frischer Fisch, jedoch fehlt das gewisse Etwas. Oktopus in Mehl auf knusprig herausgebraten. Ok, aber der Wow-Effekt fehlt im gesamten Lokal. Calamari waren leider ein wenig sandig. Offensichtlich nicht gut ausgewaschen. Das Service ist sehr nett, aber unbeholfen. Bin 15 Minuten unbemerkt vor leeren Weinglas gesessen, während leere Tische vom schmutzige Geschirr gesäubert wurden.

Wie Sie sehen verstecke ich mich nicht hinter einem Pseudonym oder einem Fake. Ich gebe meinen wahren und vollständigen Namen an sogar mit Foto.

Ich komme viel in der Welt und in Restaurants herum. Ich esse und trinke gerne qualitativ nur Hochstehendes, denn das bin ich mir selbst schuldig.

Ich schreibe relativ oft Restaurant Bewertungen. Und dabei bemühe ich mich immer korrekt und objektiv zu sein.

Meine Bewertung entspricht den erlebten Tatsachen und meinen geschmacklichen Eindrücken.

Eindrücke mögen subjektiv sein, Tatsachen sind jedoch tatsächlich erlebte Fakten.

Meine Bewertung ist natürlich eine Momentaufnahme. Vielleicht bewerte ich ein anderes Mal völlig anders.

Ich lasse mich nicht von Michelin, Gault Milleau oder Falstaff beeinflussen. Ich beurteile und bewerte nach meinem eigenen besten Wissen und Gewissen.

Ich habe in meiner Bewertung auch klar über ein "solides Fischrestaurant " gesprochen.

Dass ich keinen Wow Effekt hatte mag subjektiv sein, dass ich 15 Minuten vor einem leeren Weinglas gesessen bin nicht. Das ist Faktum.

Das Service war wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber eben sichtlich überfordert. Nicht mehr oder weniger.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed. The food looked great but I really felt like I didn't get the value for my buck. We were the only customers in the restaurant and it had a romantic atmosphere, however, the beautiful ambient piano music was mixed with the cook having a football match on in the kitchen. The food is pricey, portions are small and honestly too salty for our taste. The few thin slices of bread 🍞 were 2 eur extra. The service was great though. Despite that I would not go again. We paid well over 60 EUR and I had to eat at home in addition...
