Fischrestaurant Ragusa — Restaurant in Vienna

The owner of the restaurant is the rudest person I have ever met in eating in restaurants and traveling for over 40 years. We were charged for bread and an Amuse Bouche, which we didn't order. When we questioned the charge on the bill, we weren't given a reasonable answer. We tipped 5% of the bill and our tip was returned to us. The tip wasn't returned because the server doesn't accept tips, it was returned because the owner thought the tip wasn't enough. We returned to question the unknown charge the following day and the owner showed us in tiny print, the place on the menu where the cover charge was printed. We've never seen a cover charge for food that we didn't order charged to us on a menu. He couldn't even find the print at first. The food was good but the attitude and rudeness ruined the...

If you want to feel the real taste of fresh see food, fish and vegetables, you are probably at the perfect place at Ragusa..... If you want to drink some wines from Croatia, you will taste the Sun playing with grapes in Adriatic style, you will find this at Ragusa.... The host here kindly was able to seat us as a walk-in. We dined outside and had a very friendly and attentive server who spoke to us in both German and English. We did the set menu with fish soup, branzino with vegetables and potato, and dessert of choice. There was also a polenta with creamy truffle sauce served as an amuse bouche. Every bite of every dish was perfection. Fresh, not too heavy, juicy, seasoned well … thank you for a wonderful and memorable dining experience!...
