Fantastisch! We came here to have a dinner on a Monday evening. The place wasn’t crowded and we found a good place to seat. We ordered Bento with gyoza and hauptspiese mit schweinfleisch. It was suspect at first. Not busy. No English. Kinda smelled a bit off. Got the sushi, and it was good. No food poisoning! The atmosphere is severely lacking. Apart from their daily menu which is really affordable and offers a great variety with sushi; there are plenty of further interesting dishes. Since i am pretty addicted to pho and ramen these days, was really glad to spot their noodle soups. This one is the crispy duck udon, really tasty and well prepared, comes with a huge bowl and a salad. A good deal compared to other asian bars.

Bin über Mundpropaganda zum Restaurant Flugfisch gekommen, auch weil die Speisekarte ein paar ungewöhnliche Gerichte beinhaltet, die man sonst bei den meisten japanischen und chinesischen Restaurants nicht bekommt. Auch die Fotos waren durchaus ansprechend, vor allem da es beim Sushi auch geräucherten Aal und Kaviar gibt, was früher öfter angeboten wurde, aber mittlerweile bei den meisten Restaurants verschwunden sind. Ich bin auch ein Fan des süß-sauer eingelegten Rettichs Oshinko 🍠, davon gibt es einen Salat und Makis. Auch gibt es die Chirashi-Bowl mit ordentlich Sashimi. Die Portionsgrößen der Speisen ist üppig, selbst die Menge an Fisch im Sashimi ist ordentlich, leider ist das Sashimi sehr groß und zu dick geschnitten, da sollte man eventuell dünnere Streifen schneiden, selbst bei den Nigiris. 🍣 Auf jeden Fall kann man es Mal ausprobieren
