Lacking hygiene standards!!

Food was not great (especially the cevapcici) and came lukewarm. Spanferkel was old and had the consistency of rubber.

What was really disturbing though is that the “chef” was using his finger to put the cream on the dishes (saw it for our table and two others). After that, he licked his finger and proceeded to prepare the next dishes. He also handled cash (no card accepted) and didn’t wash his hands before preparing the next dishes. I'm even surprised I tried the food after witnessing the finger-licking..

Unacceptable by any means!

Yes, you maybe have to wait for your food a bit. There's a very simple reason for it: you're not getting a deep frozen, pre-prepared slab of meat. Your food is freshly made for you, and as you wait, you can watch it being prepared right there in front of you. The place is simple and pleasant without too much fuss or pretense. The owner is friendly and will always have a chat with you, explain the ingredients or dishes if you're not familiar.
