Pizza Preferita — Restaurant in Vienna

This was the best restaurant we visited in Vienna!:). The food was incredible!!! Good 👍 quality ingredients, fresh and deliciously prepared Pizza!!! Best pizza we've had anywhere....even in Rome!!! The customer service was excellent and beyond courteous, helpful, and thoughtful. When they found out it was a special occasion for us they went out of there way to assure it was extra special!:) The restaurant is beautifully decorated and is so relaxing, they have nice ambient lighting, we enjoyed eating indoors; however, they , also, have nice outdoor seating. We arrived at the restaurant right at closing time, extremely hungry and not expecting much — but we were pleasantly surprised from the very first moment! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they agreed to reopen the kitchen just for us. In no time, we were served absolutely amazing pizzas — delicious, perfectly crispy, and with unique, well-balanced flavors. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was outstanding, and we left with big smiles and a deep sense of gratitude. The pizza was just okay. For the price, you can definitely find better options elsewhere. The ingredients were mediocre, not what I would consider high quality.

As for the service, it was a mixed experience. The man serving us seemed indifferent, almost like he didn’t care, but thankfully, the blonde lady made up for it with her friendly and welcoming attitude.

If you have a NeoTaste discount, it’s worth a visit. However, if you’re paying full price, I’d recommend checking out other places where you’ll get better value...
