Kutschker 44 — Restaurant in Vienna

This modern grillhouse appears and in fact is pretentious. Headed outside of center to avoid tourist traps (this establishment is even mentioned in the Michelin Guide) to get the biggest gastronomic disappointment of Vienna.

The aged steak was medium-well instead of medium-rare, quite dry and with not much taste. Served with 3 side dishes of your choice, all of them tiny. The duck tasted better, served with a balanced sause. The wine selection is poor and very expensive at around 7euros for 125ml. The temperature inside was very low.

Once again we went for our yearly family goose dinner and it seems that the restaurant and the service is getting better every time. The food was excellent.
